The attached sheet describes the challenge Tony Arnold has prepared for the enjoyment of LOC members, and to test your skill in following compass bearings.
🧭 LOC Compass Challenge 🧭
If you can follow a compass heading, you'll finish this challenge in well less than an hour. Please register so that we know how many are taking advantage of the challenge, but then do it at your convience any time in the month of May.
As you'll see in the handout, the start point is in the west part of Canatara Park.
Given current provincial Covid-19 restrictions, we ask that you do this course as an individual, or with members of your immediate household only.
Once you've finished the event, contact Tony (his email address is in the handout) with the answers to the questions posed in his handout. There will be a draw at the end of the month from those with the correct answers.
