IMPORTANT: All who wish to participate in this event must pre-register before the event. If you find you are unable to attend, kindly cancel your registration.

If you are a non-member wishing to participate, you must first join the Lambton Outdoor Club, which includes completing the member waiver. A one month free trial membership is available for first time participants. Having enjoyed an outing or two, we hope you’ll join our wonderful club following your free trial membership. The annual membership fee is $25.

While participating, be respectful of other members' health management decisions and protective steps, and please stay home if you are feeling unwell.

Event Description	Bruce Trail - Blue Mountain Section - a 67.3 km section of the Bruce Trail The Bruce Trail Conservancy conserves and cares for land within the Niagara Escarpment UNESCO World Biosphere to protect its ecosystems for the benefit of all and make it available to explore by foot along the magnificent Bruce Trail. Fri., May 19- Mon., May 22, 2023 (Victoria Day Weekend) 4 days of hiking wih Brenda and Binta – Blue Mountain - Maps 21 – 24 Ed.30 - 0.0- 67.3 –end to end! Note: out-of-town, multi day trips are available for members only. Important: Participants in Bruce Trail hikes are expected to register for a couple pre-conditioning hikes.

Costs	Money is Required For: Hotel rooms and meals, parking - several parking lots have charges Also donations of $5 per day plus donations towards any parking lot fees are suggested to help defray the costs of those drivers shuttling hikers to and from Trail heads. A volunteer 'accountant' will collect and distribute such donations.
Required Items to Bring	Hiking boots and poles Snacks and lunches Water - at least 2 litres per day is recommended
Recommended to Bring	bug spray masks - especially if carpooling masks are suggested
Expected Conditions	Participants Should Be Prepared For: possibly slippery rocks hills to climb uneven ground
