Registration is required
IMPORTANT: All who wish to participate in this event must pre-register by noon the day before the event. If you find you are unable to attend, kindly cancel your registration.

If you are a non-member wishing to participate, you must first join the Lambton Outdoor Club, which includes completing the member waiver. A one month free trial membership is available for first time participants. Having enjoyed an outing or two, we hope you’ll join our wonderful club following your free trial membership. The annual membership fee is $25.

Event Description
We will start with a land review of wet exit, assisted rescue, self-rescue, all in, hand of
god, boat maneuvering strokes etc and
then go in the water and practice each one
If there is time and the group has energy, we
can go out for a paddle after. Please bring a
lunch if you are interested in the paddle

Water, snack,towel, change of clothes
Mandatory Transport Canada safety equipment.
- PFD or life jacket
- Buoyant heaving line (15 meters in length)
- Paddle
- Bailer or hand pump
- Sound signaling device (whistle)
 
Recommended to Bring
Dry suit, wet suit or two changes of clothes
Nose plugs or snorkel mask and ear plugs if
you need it
Sunscreen, bug spray, spare clothes in dry bag,
1st Aid Kit, cell phone in waterproof bag
