Registration is required before Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at 11:59 PM
IMPORTANT: All who wish to participate in this event must pre-register by 11:59 p m the day before the event. If you find you are unable to attend, kindly cancel your registration.
If you are a non-member wishing to participate, you must first join the Lambton Outdoor Club, which includes completing the membership waiver. A one month free trial membership is available for first time participants. Having enjoyed an outing or two, we hope you’ll join our wonderful club following your free trial membership. The annual single membership fee is $25.
While participating, be respectful of other members' health management decisions and protective steps, and please stay home if you are feeling unwell.

Event Description |
Pinery Provincial Park
A breathtakingly beautiful park with 10 km of sand beach on the shores of mighty Lake Huron.
Extremely rare and fragile Oak Savanna and Coastal Dune Ecosystems with extraordinary biodiversity – over 800 vascular plants, over 300 bird species.
Excellent year-round outdoor recreation in 21 square kilometres of rare forests and rolling dunes. Enjoy 10 walking trails, a 14 km bike trail and 38 kms of groomed ski trails.
(This is one of the Conditioning Hikes required for anyone considering the Bruce Trail hikes.) This hike specifically offered for the S&S hikers as it will be slower and longer but still test your abilities.
As this is a conditioning hike for the Bruce trail it is highly recommended that you wear the boots and carry the backpack you plan to take on the Bruce Trail.

Money is Required For:
Pinery Park Day Use Pass $18.00
(Senior Rate $14.50)
It is important to obtain the Day Use Pass prior to reaching the Park as there often is no one at the gate in the morning and the pass is required to park in the Park.
Visit "Reservations Ontario Parks" to obtain your Day Use Pass.
(When you create a sign in profile you will be able to add if you are a Senior.)
If you have a Seasonal or Annual Pass the online reservation program will ask for its number and then your Day Use pass is free at check out.
