Ride Leader will try to maintain an effort level of approximately 1.5W/Kg. As hills may be present, effort level will be subject to terrain and may require exceeding the 1.5W/Kg TARGET.
About this event
Riders must have:
1) a subscription to ROUVY, and
2) own and be familiar with riding on an indoor "smart" trainer ("non-smart" trainers are also accomodated).
Meet me
"JohnK-519" on the start line. At 10:00AM I will start the roll... speed will be adjusted to keep up with all riders participating (aim to keep the group withing 300m of one another).
