Riders must have:
1) a subscription to ROUVY, and
2) own and be familiar with riding on an indoor trainer (Note: Smart trainer works best!).

Meet me "JohnK-519" on the start line. At 10:00AM I will start the roll... speed will be adjusted to keep up with all riders participating (aim to keep the group withing 300m of one another).
