IMPORTANT: All who wish to participate in this event must pre-register by midnight the night before the event. If you find you are unable to attend, kindly cancel your registration.
If you are a non-member wishing to participate, you must first join the Lambton Outdoor Club, which includes completing the member waiver. A one month free trial membership is available for first time participants. Having enjoyed an outing or two, we hope you’ll join our wonderful club following your free trial membership. The annual membership fee is $25.

Event Description
This is a flatwater paddle that will take approximately 4 hours.
Meeting Place
We will meet at Peers Wetland.
(Pls arrive 15 mins before paddle for instructions and introductions.)

Mandatory Transport Canada safety equipment.
- PFD or life jacket
- Buoyant heaving line (15 meters in length)
- Paddle
- Bailer or hand pump
- Sound signaling device (whistle)

- Spare clothes, towel and emergency warming blanket in a dry bag in your kayak.

This event is a peer-coordinated recreational paddle where participants paddle their own kayaks or canoes (pleasure craft). Each paddler remains responsible for their own safety, decisions, and the operation of their personal pleasure craft.
