When you're registering on the LOC calendar, the following might be helpful:
Hike Classifications
Easy - relatively flat and maximum of 6 km - suitable for most hikers
Moderate - can be elevations, obstacles and some challenges - suitable for reasonably fit hiker
Difficult - based on the trail conditions and the weather - suitable for an experienced hiker
Pace - ranges from 2 km/hr to 3.5 km/hr
Trip Length - varies from 6 km to 20 km Duration - varies from 2 hrs to 6 hrs.
