"Yoga Stretch" w/ Bonnie
All are welcome to this short, easy stretching session from standing or chair, done anywhere, anytime, by anyone, for joy, health, and graceful aging.
Required items: A sturdy chair without arms, a yoga strap (or mens tie), and a yoga mat or thick towel.
