"Yoga Stretch" w/ Bonnie
All are welcome to this short, easy stretching session from standing or chair, sometimes on the mat, done anywhere, anytime, by anyone, for joy, health, and graceful aging.
Required items: A sturdy chair without arms, a yoga strap (or mens tie), and a yoga mat or thick towel.
