EVENT DETAILS KEY INFORMATION
Event Description

CHANGED from Kains Woods / Warblers Woods
to Lambton County Heritage Forest

Conditions were muddy & slippery today at Kains Woods / warblersWoods

If we get the predicted rain Friday these trails will be unsafe....and unpleasant.

Therefore....

The hike location is changed to Port Franks...the sandy terrain here ensures safe conditions underfoot.

(This is one of the conditioning hikes required for anyone considering the Bruce Trail hikes.)

As this is a conditioning hike for the Bruce trail it is highly recommended that you wear the boots and carry the knap sack you plan to take on the Bruce Trail.
