The meeting reflected on a successful year with many activities and outings.  Activities were less affected by COVID-19 than the previous two years.

Following the meeting an informative presentation on invasive aquatic species was given by Robert McGowan.  He is with the Ontario Invasive Plant Council and is Water Soldier Management Technician at the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters.

The first meeting of the new council was held on November 8.  The discussion reflected the  changing seasons, with cycling and paddling activities winding down a little sooner than hiking; winter activities are in the planning stages.

The Social Committee is working on a Christmas gathering and our annual New Year’s Day hike/social.
